What is Let It Ride?

Let It Ride is a popular table poker game featured at virtually every online casino. It’s a game that’s popular with players because it does involve some element of strategy; unlike some other variations of poker it’s not just a simple card comparison, however, it is easier than some other poker games so it’s a great introduction to many players who want to try out a slightly more complex card game and the general concepts of poker.

How to Play Let It Ride

Let It Ride is a poker game that has slightly more involved than some of the very simple varieties that many online casinos feature, but it is more straight-forward than games like 5-Card Draw for example.

There are a number of hands-on elements, because in Let ItIt Ride starts off when players place their bets before cards are dealt. Depending upon the online casino structure, bets are placed by selecting the amount using up and down arrows or dragging and dropping chips into the appropriate area.

The player places 3 equal sized bets before the dealing take place.  Once bets are placed, 5 cards are dealt in total. Three are face up and two are face down for every hand.Look at the three you can see and judge whether or not to withdraw one of the three bets you placed.

One of the dealer’s cards is then shown face up.  Again you can withdraw one of your bets. You’ll have one, two or three of your bets still in front of you when the second previously hidden card is exposed.

After the second card is shown that hand is over and the dealer gets the remaining placed bets of any players whose now five cards do not form a pair of tens or better.

If the player has a pair of tens or better then the player is paid out for each of their remaining bets at the following odds.
